1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days after delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must remain unused and unwashed
- Original packaging must be intact
- Lace must not be cut or damaged
- Product must not be altered in any way
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used wigs or extensions
- Customized products
- Clearance or sale items
- Products damaged by customer misuse
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used during checkout.

4. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange for eligible products if:
- Wrong item was received
- Product arrived damaged
- Incorrect size or length was delivered
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days after delivery.
5. Shipping Insurance
If shipping insurance was purchased during checkout:
- Orders canceled before shipment may qualify for a full insurance refund
- Claims for lost or damaged packages are reviewed individually
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Aurezo Hair Products.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- Description of the issue

8. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once processing or shipment begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
